• "Wager Requirement" refers to the minimum wagering amount a Member must meet before any bonus or bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Platform" refers to the entire kk99 service system, including the website, mobile app, and all available game features.

Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings in this document are for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of the stated terms.

02Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use kk99's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Aged 18 years and above or the legal age stipulated in your local jurisdiction for participation in gambling activities, whichever is higher.
• Use of the kk99 platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in your local jurisdiction.
• You are registering in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You have never had an account closed or been banned from the kk99 platform previously.

Kk99 reserves the right to decline any individual's registration application without providing a reason. kk99's decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of any account application is final.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account login credentials — including your username and password — secure and not sharing them with any other party. All activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility.

03Deposit & Payment

Kk99 accepts deposits via a variety of payment methods available to players in Malaysia, including local bank transfers (FPX), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and supported cryptocurrency options. All deposits will be credited to your account instantly upon payment confirmation.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction.
• Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing via another person's account or card is strictly prohibited.
• Kk99 does not charge any processing fees for deposits made by Members. However, your payment service provider may apply separate charges.
• Should any technical issue arise during the deposit process, Members are required to contact the kk99 support team immediately with complete transaction proof.
• Kk99 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit suspected of originating from fraudulent activity or unauthorized sources.

Funds deposited into a kk99 account are solely for the purpose of using the platform's services. kk99 does not offer any interest or returns on funds held in a Member's account.

04Fund Withdrawal

Members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, provided the account is active and identity verification has been completed. Withdrawals are processed via the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified bank account in the Member's name.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within the specified timeframe according to the selected payment method.
• Before the first withdrawal is approved, Members are required to fully complete the identity verification (KYC) process.
• Kk99 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for any withdrawal request deemed to require further verification.
• Withdrawals involving bonuses are subject to the wager requirement specified for the respective bonus.

05Bonus & Promotions

Kk99 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins, and a VIP loyalty program. All offers are subject to specific terms and eligibility conditions stated on the relevant promotions page.

• Each bonus carries its own wager requirement that must be fulfilled before winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are for the personal use of the Member only and may not be transferred to another account.
• Kk99 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through abuse, misuse, or violation of promotion terms.
• The validity period of each bonus is as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses that expire without meeting the wager requirement will be automatically forfeited.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per new Member, household, IP address, and device.
• Kk99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Members suspected of systematically exploiting bonuses through arbitrage techniques or other methods contrary to the spirit of kk99's promotional programs may face action, including bonus cancellation and account closure.

06Game Rules

All games available on the kk99 platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested to ensure fairness and transparency in every round.

• The outcome of each game is final once the round is completed. kk99 cannot alter or void the result of a completed game.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, kk99 will endeavor to restore the game to its last valid state based on server records.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorized methods to play games on kk99 is strictly prohibited.
• Members found colluding with other members to exploit kk99 games or systems will face immediate action, including account closure.
• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are as displayed in the respective game interface.

07Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of kk99's commitment to platform security and industry compliance standards, all Members are required to complete the identity verification process before their first withdrawal is processed. This KYC process is a standard protective measure implemented for the benefit of all platform users.

Documents that may be requested during the KYC process include:

• A copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months)

• Members are fully responsible for ensuring the security of the device and internet connection used to access kk99.
• Kk99 will not be held responsible for any loss arising from the disclosure of login credentials to unauthorized parties due to the Member's own negligence.
• Kk99's liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount actually deposited by the Member in the 30 days prior to the claim being submitted.

09Account Closure & Suspension

Kk99 reserves the right to suspend or close any Member's account at any time in the event of a terms violation, fraud, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform. In such cases, kk99 will notify the Member via their registered email where possible.

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions, including holding multiple accounts
• Fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity
• Use of false information during registration or the KYC process
• Attempting to exploit or manipulate the platform's systems
• Threats, harassment, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other members

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the kk99 support team. Any valid remaining funds will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met and security checks are completed.
